Bryan Becker

Bryan Becker

Bryan Becker is an owner and developer with more than 15 years of experience. Mr. Becker is skilled in acquiring, developing, leasing, managing, and financing real estate investment and development properties. To date, he has syndicated over 30 real estate partnerships comprising a variety of asset classes. Mr. Becker oversees the company’s operations, long term strategic direction, and all new acquisitions. Having begun his career at Time Equities, Inc., a national real estate investment company, where he became the Associate Director of Asset Management, he was able to acquire large firm experience and contacts which have enabled him to exploit investment opportunities of all sizes. At Time Equities, Inc., he oversaw a portfolio of commercial property which totaled approximately one million square feet valued at $500,000,000.

In March of 2007, Mr. Becker was recognized by Real Estate New York as a Rising Star under 30.

In June of 2007, Mr. Becker was recognized by Real Estate New York as Developers on the Rise.

Joseph Zito

Joseph Zito has been in the real estate business for over 8 years and is now a partner at The Becker Organization and is its Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Zito joined the firm in 2008 as controller and was named Chief Financial Officer in 2010. In early 2012, Mr. Zito became a partner and was named Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Zito is experienced in all phases of financial management accounting and reporting, including financial reporting and planning, internal control, risk assessment, taxation, employee benefits, acquisitions, restructurings and other specialized accounting areas. In 2008, along with his duties at The Becker Organization, Mr. Zito assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer of Matrix Management, LLC which operates 15 properties in Maryland including approximately 250 residential units, 160,000 square feet of commercial space and 466 parking spaces. Prior to joining The Becker Organization, Mr. Zito spent 4 years with Fishbein & Company as a public accountant.

Scott Glauberg

Director of Acquisitions

Scott Glauberg

Scott Glauberg is responsible for identifying and evaluating commercial real estate investment opportunities. He actively pursues new acquisition and development opportunities and plays an important role in negotiating purchase contracts, leases, structuring debt and equity, and managing the acquisition and development process. Mr. Glauberg oversees most of the day to day management activity of the firm. Mr. Glauberg joined the firm in 2009. He quickly rose from acquisitions analyst to the Director of Operations for the Maryland portfolio. Since 2009, he has supervised the operation and leasing of approximately 500,000 square feet of office space, 300,000 square feet of retail space, 12 residential properties, 4 parking facilities, and an 84-unit condominium conversion project. In 2013, Mr. Glauberg was named Director of Acquisitions, during his first two years in this position, the firm closed on acquisitions of properties valued in excess of $110,000.000.

Jason Leary

Jason Leary is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations for all The Becker Organization managed properties. Mr. Leary oversees the entire asset management staff, handles all tenant relations in addition to creating departmental strategies, operational procedures and policy development. Mr. Leary works closely with the all members of The Becker Organization team through all phases of real estate investment including all aspects of the due diligence process. Mr. Leary recently joined the firm in August of 2014. Prior to joining The Becker Organization, Mr. Leary worked in the financial services industry since 2000. Mr. Leary was a Partner and COO of Agile PT Group, a proprietary trading firm in New York City.

Rob Kinealy

Director of Property Management

Rob Kinealy

Rob Kinealy is responsible for managing the day to day operations of The Becker Organization's residential portfolio. Mr. Kinealy actively seeks to maintain increased levels of profitability through cultivating vendor relationships, understanding market trends and maintaining tenant relations. Having worked as a contracted property manager for the firm prior to joining full time, he is familiar with and shares the same long term goals of The Becker Organization. Mr. Kinealy was previously an Area Manager with SP+, formerly Central Parking Systems, and an Assistant Director with Keystone Partnership, a human resources and event management firm based in St. Louis. He joins the firm bringing over 10 years of management experience spanning multiple industries including human resources, venue operations, parking and real estate.
